Completion! I finished pre-writing my next book, "Goldilocks and the 3 Energies," during the NaNoWriMo book writing contest! Nano requires 50,000 words to be a winner and I clocked in at 51,823.
"Goldilocks and the 3 Energies: Manage your mood swings" is based on three energies that define the bipolar experience: Too hot (Rajas/manic). Too cold (Tomas/depressed) and Just Right (Satvas/Balanced). This book provides neurological information and specific tips on how to use exercise, diet, sleep, meditation and breathing to achieve "just right" mental well-being. The 100-page tome includes a bonus chapter on the vagus nerve and how to sooth anxiety.
